I went there for the first time yesterday. They have great durable merchandise. I'll be shopping there for a long time. The e cashier was very nice. A good guy. Only problem I had was that I walked around for a little while searching for what I needed and no one asked if they could help me. I finally asked the cashier for help and he jumped right on it though. Twice. He needs a raise.

I have always loved this company for their tools and the low prices. Now they are actually putting out great quality tools at low prices. I was looking for a tool that I needed for a very specific job and was not going to overpay for a superior tool. This store had really great associates working there. I was able to find exactly what I needed with their help.

Clean store, but more importantly, FANTASTIC customer service. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Lauren, a cashier, and proud employee of Harbor Freight's. She is a wonderful surprise in terms of friendliness and professional care. What a joy it was to have had her assistance.

The woman who I believe manages this store is great. She's always at the front of the store training new employees and being available, willing, and capable of answering questions and providing professional advice. I probably wouldn't have been able to do the necessary work on my car without her help. Also, the store had all the tools I needed at reasonable prices.

Always easy to find help and the folks there know their stuff. I know HF gets a lot of ribbing for the quality of some of their products but if you shop with reasonable expectations for the job, whatever it is, you can't go wrong here on price.

Great selection of tools in a very brightly lit space. Sometimes hard to find what your looking for don't be afraid to ask for help. Quick and easy check out.

Whether I'm at home in the Bronx or up in Syracuse doing something for my son I can always know that I can find what I need at Harbor Freight! Thanks again to the crew up in Syracuse you guys helped me a lot!

It's just like every other store; friendly,helpful staff. They are all mild mannered, well-to-do, and nice. Always there to help with pretty much everything. Clean. Well lit. If you know what a regular Harbor Freight is like, then you're gonna love it here.

This is Litterally an adults play place lol. I couldn't find gloves anywhere during this last snowstorm and guess who came to the rescue. Harbor freight for the win. They had a nice pair of Hardy Insulated gloves for under 15 bucks. I have a snow removal company and they completely saved my day and my hands lol. They are not just good for the prices. Also has an awesome staff. Thanks Harbor Frieght!
